Holbrook Public School parents are interested in, and supportive of, school activities. The community is encouraged to be involved in and contribute to various aspects of school life.
Our Parents & Citizens' Association (P&C) brings the school community together. Parents, teachers and community members can help meet the needs of the school community and contribute to decisions about the school.
The P&C also raises funds that help finance improvements to our school and provide additional resources.
Meetings are held twice a term in the School Library, on the 3rd and 8th week of each term, and on a Wednesday. Meetings run from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Meetings offer opportunities to discuss issues brought up by parent school council members; to gain information about school programs and curriculum through talks by visiting speakers and staff; and to coordinate fund raising. This group also is the governing body for the canteen.
