Kindergarten transition program

At Holbrook Public School we have a highly regarded Kindergarten Transition Program which runs in Term 4 for students who are enrolled in Kindergarten at Holbrook Public School the following year.

We also offer additional transition sessions to support all families engaging with our school.

Transition to High School programs

To ensure students are well prepared for high school, we have transition programs in collaboration with Billabong High School, and we can also facilitate transition programs for other public high schools.
